Hi! I’m Gina, self sustaining small business owner and here to help you navigate the way so you can be too.

I’m known in my community for being a go-to resource for support or education on workflow + productivity, pricing + package creation, or learning the tech side of operating a business. But more often than not, I find myself holding space + listening, creating dialogue + conversation and providing compassionate connection.  Fueling off of others, I love to brainstorm and collaborate, play devil's advocate and offer different perspectives.

By assessing your current habits + methods through in depth interviews + questionnaires, we work together to create personalized solutions for you and your business. When we build structure + organization into our processes, we have more confidence in our abilities to accomplish all that’s on our plate AND feel good about how we spend our time. Plus, when we know we have a done-right-footprint we can depend on, life feels a little less stressful and helluva lot more fun.

As a seasoned wedding + elopement photographer, multipotentialite and creativepreneur - I know what it’s like to take an idea and RUN with it. Before I knew I’d be a small business owner I was starting side hustles selling things I made and profiting my talents all the while working on a future towards higher education.  My background education is in Psychology + Business Communications and I’d always imagined being an educator in some way. After taking a meander through grad school to focus on Integrative Human Health + Performance (sport psychology) - life threw me a different set of plans and two years after “officially” starting my photography side gig I went full time and haven’t turned back since (circa 2016). 

My time in school fostered a love for mental skills and personal development that has shown up time + time again as I’ve adapted as a business owner. From my own personal habits to how I interact with clients, the education I gained has repurposed itself in so many ways. Learning + educating others is fulfilling and I truly believe you need someone in your corner to support + guide you. I didn’t have the reinforcement when I started to truly believe in what I was doing and struggled not knowing how to manage all that I had on my priorities list. On top of it all, I felt so much shame + guilt around wanting to live a passionate and creative life doing what I love that I was self sabotaging my systems.

From years of trials + tribulations, slow growth + dissatisfied with progress, I took my personal growth seriously and it completely up leveled the foundations of my business. After significant retrospection, I realized how much of my procrastination + business struggles were my own fault. I studied habit formation and mental skills challenges to shift my mindset. I scoured new lenses to see myself through - by taking a unique look or new framework at who you are, it  builds new layers of awareness that will help you move forward. I think so many of our business problems are life problems in disguise and we have to be willing and able to self reflect and assess if we truly want to change + evolve.

I want to help you do that.

Fast forward several years — I’ve established a successful photography company built on client + vendor referrals, created multiple + dependable streams of income, played a developmental role in service + product based businesses, regularly speaking + leading workshops and living a full time dreamy life that’s 100% led by MY choice.
