I help others recognize their potential, offer recommendations, share knowledge, and develop foundational structure + systems that are supportive and sustaining. Quite often, we have high expectations + standards of what we want our business to look like, and where we know we can be. I struggled with this thinking in the beginning - I knew what I was capable of and had potential to be great, but the only thing that was holding me back was time, and naïveté.

Workflow + productivity are the bane of most self employed and I’m here to tell you they don’t have to be. Whether you struggle with time management or want to add a bit more method to the madness, I collaborate with you to find + establish personalized solutions that are dependable and easy to use. Acting off of emotion or intuition is great when we want to enter flow but it’s an unreliable work habit - and can send some into a guilt spiral for avoiding those necessary tasks that are long overdue. When we develop a framework or “master checklist” for our business operations, we take heavy lifting out of in-the-moment decision making and create more productivity + passionate play in our work.
